Relationship between Organizational Culture and Quality of Work Life: a Study among IT Employees in Chennai
Abstract
Identification of the relationship between organizational culture and quality of work life is the primary objective of this study. Descriptive statistics, i.e. mean and standard deviation were used to examine the data. Reliability coefficient Chronbach Alpha was calculated for the measures of organizational culture and all the five sub-scales of quality of work life. The result findings of the study showed that the coefficient is positive which means that higher quality of work life is related with 4 dimensions of organizational culture.
