Chattering-free fuzzy sliding mode control strategy for uncertain discrete time-delay systems with input saturation
Abstract
In this study, fuzzy sliding mode control (FSMC) strategy has been applied for uncertain discrete time-delay systems with input saturation. A fuzzy logic control (FLC) is used for replacing sign function of the reaching law in traditional sliding mode control (SMC). Then an equivalent matrix is constructed for input saturation. Combined FSMC with Linear Matrix Inequalities (LMIs), a chattering free control algorithm is applied in the discrete time-delay system with input saturation. And there is no chattering in steady state while unmatched parameter uncertainty exists. Finally, the simulation results have been presented in graphical form and the effectiveness of the proposed controller has been compared with that of the conventional sliding mode controller.
