Abstract

Essence of company competition is based on process, so excellent process management is the key for efficient operations. This paper, firstly proposes to apply lean thinking on process management of telecom companies, then analyzes the necessity to implement lean process management, and finally discusses the elements to implement it in two aspects, one is to establish process management organization system and the other is to construct process management business system. The research provides a strong theoretical basis for telecom companies to enhance its competitive strength.
