An immune-based GM(1, 1) model for network security situation prediction
Abstract
For the real-timely demand of network security situation and the uncertain features of situation evaluation values, an artificial immune algorithm based GM(1, 1) model, IAGM(1, 1) model, is proposed used for the short-term prediction of network security situation. In IAGM(1, 1) model, the GM(1, 1) model is used for predicting the time series of network security situation that require only a small amount data; and artificial immune algorithm is used for optimizing the parameters a and b of GM(1, 1) model in order to improve its prediction precision. The experimental results show that IAGM(1, 1) model is superior to GM(1, 1) model, and provide an effective prediction approach for network security situation.
