Modeling and analysis of the multi-echelon inventory in supply Chain
Abstract
The main work of this paper is done within the study multi-echelon inventory model of supply chain, which consists of a manufacturer, upstream suppliers and downstream distributors; customer demand for normal distribution, inventory control strategy using hybrid strategy, distributors using (t; R; S) ordering policy, manufacturers using (R; Q) policy. Consider the distributor largest inventory and ordering cycle, manufacturers reorder point and order quantities, to establish a multi-objective programming model which optimized the inventory cost and time, calculated the optimal solution of the multi-objective function based on MATLAB, and made sensitivity analysis on inventory service level and order lead time.
