Enhanced consecutive transmission of power control and link scheduling in STDMA wireless networks
Abstract
We consider the scheduling and power control problem in a spatial reuse time-division multiple access (STDMA) network. The network can provide low transmission delay or support more users through the multi-link management and power control and scheduling. We first investigate the complexity of the problem and present the first NP-completeness proof in this paper. We propose an enhanced consecutive transmission algorithm based on the basic link scheduling, power control algorithm to tackle this problem. Simulation results show that the method significantly outperforms the state-of-the-art related algorithm.
