Abstract

In this paper, based on algebraic multilevel method, we construct a kind of algebraic multilevel block triangular preconditioner for M-matrix and applied to the convection-diffusion equations. According to theoretical analysis, we prove that the related iteration methods are convergent. Numerical example further verify the efficiency and accuracy of the type of block triangular preconditioner.
