Content distribution network is an acceleration technology for Internet content. The content was pushed or pulled to the edge of the Internet. So the clients can access the content closely. P2P-CDN is a content distribution network which is a combination technology of P2P and CDN. The edge servers of P2P-CDN form a P2P overlay network to make the collaborations between the edge servers more efficient. Content resource discovery is an important issue in the research of P2P-CDN. However, the resource discovery method of the traditional P2P network is not appropriate for P2P-CDN. In this paper, a DHT-based resource discovery method C1-Hop was present. In this method, a overlay tree based method was used to update DHT route table information. The analysis shows that it has a better performance than other method. There are two content routing strategies for C1-Hop: file-level routing strategies and block-level routing strategies. The simulation environment is established, two strategies were compared through simulation.
