An object-oriented design method and simulation of flight control software
Abstract
On the basis of traditional flight control system simulation methods, an object-oriented simulation method combined with dynamic model was proposed. Stratospheric airship is a new kind of aerospace system which has attracted worldwide developing interests for its broad application prospects. Its flight control software which has the characteristic of real-time software must be sufficiently accurate and reliable. The framework is a unified design process that includes five steps. Each step can be depicted as a four layers structure. Then, the Object-oriented Flight Control Software Framework is illustrated by describing the successful application to the design of flight control software for a stratospheric airship. A practical redundancy management strategy is presented in the dynamic model defining step. In addition, the schedulability analysis is implemented using the rate monotonic (RM) scheduling algorithm to make sure that the software design method is feasible. Such simulation method, in conjunction with dynamic model, could implement general flight control system simulation of visual modeling, high efficiency, easy maintenance and expansibility.
