Feature based Encryption of E-Healthcare System Using Clinical Report Engineering in Cloud Computing
Abstract
E- Healthcare system monitors the health condition and gives medical treatment through our web application. The treatment for the patient are done by appropriate physicians which are determined by healthcare provider based upon the real time data’s of patient information (PHI) as well as personal problem. The information that are shared in the field of military and healthcare are hierarchy in nature. In existing system, for a single patient multilevel hierarchy is formed and encryption cost and cloud storage is huge. The main aspects in cloud computing is how the data’s are protected and shared securely and for that the personal will break his master information Q into couple of segments: let Q1 be the first segment which encloses patient’s personnel details like name, social private number, mobile number, address, etc. The second segment Q2 contains medical related information’s like patient history, etc. Both the segments are highly protected by encryption schemes for maintaining the privacy of personal information. Further we propose Clinical report Engineering (CRE) which elaborates the assimilation benefits of cloud computing and CRE report development, these benefits are utilized by hospitals to create CRE report without the need to buy the appropriate software.
