Influences of amplitude of input signal frequency components on self-demodulated signal of parametric sound source
Abstract
To signal processing precision of parametric sound source, the theoretical formula is derived in this paper used to calculate self-demodulated signal when dual-frequency signals taken as input of parametric sound source. And some experiments are done to verify the derived formula. This paper analyzes mainly the influences of amplitude changes of input signal frequency components on sound pressure levels of self-demodulated signal components. The results show that amplitude changes of some input signal component have influences on all output signals' amplitude. But only a few influence rules can be calculated accurately by Berktay Far-Field solution theory. This study has important significance upon assessing the degree of accuracy which of Berktay Far-Field solution being used as the theory basis of signal processing for parametric sound source.
