Real Time Virtual Human Hand for Robotics
Abstract
Robotics is extensively used in many areas and research works. The ultimate aim of this paper is to make Virtual Human Hand for Robot (VHHR) with intelligent hand control. The proposed robot can handle the materials (pick, place, and test). Control of the grip of the robot finger by human hand finger tracking using Raspberry Pi Controller is to be implemented. The advantages are that the robot hand and finger behaves completely like human hand and human finger. Software Program has been written using Python language in Linux operating system. This paper proposes video camera with Raspberry Pi for tracking human hand to control Robotic Arms for various applications. These proposed systems consist of two major parts. The First part is Raspberry Pi interfaced with camera, which process image captured by the video camera (Real Arm), and send related information via wireless device. Second part is micro controller interfaced with mechanical Robotic Arms which receive information via wireless device. This proposed system can handle the robotic arm as per our wish from remote area.
