Abstract

Product Family Model is one of the key product design technologies in mass customization production. The formulation definitions of product family function, function model and function tree are proposed in this paper. Parent notion is used as the storage structure of product family function tree, and taking the money-binding machine as example, the single-table storage mode of Oracle is used to deal with the storage, query, addition, renewal and deletion operations of product family function tree in the database. Compared with the traditional methods, the system model proposed in this paper has advantages of reliable storage, easy operating and efficient operation.
