Research on water level control system of steam generator based on fuzzy generalized predictive control
Abstract
The safety and stability of nuclear power plant is affected by the water level control of steam generator directly, but it is difficult to obtain satisfactory control effect based on the traditional cascade proportion integration differentiation control with the character of the high degree of complexity, nonlinear, and time variability of steam generator. In this paper, a fuzzy generalized predictive control method based on cascade control is used to control the water level of steam generator. It can combine both of the advantages of fuzzy control and generalized predictive control that the T-S fuzzy model is used to identify the system which can be transformed to linear time-varying state space model, and then the GPC controller is designed based on linear model to control the SG water level with adaptive control. The simulation results shows that the better robustness and anti-interference ability of the system comparing with the conventional cascade PID control method.
