Assessment of Employee Engagement by Human Resource in the ERA of Technology
Abstract
The world has experienced sweeping social, societal and sparing changes in light of the expanding predominance of computerized advances. In total, these progressions have prompted the present time frame being portrayed as the "advanced age". In accordance with these advances in technological era, Employee engagement has become a hot topic in recent years among consulting firms and in the popular business press. However, employee engagement has rarely been studied in the academic literature and the employee engagement has a direct impact on the employees productivity. The main indent of the work is to clear up the employee engagement in the digital age and how an employee will be engaged in digital age to increase the productivity. This research article concentrates on the effect of these progressions on HRM particularly in Employee engagement, in connection to changes to the representative engagement to HRM when all is said in done and all the more particularly to the utilization of technological innovation in conveying Employee Engagement
